Bx 61 VV (turn rotary encoder left direction)

Bx 60 VV (turn rotary encoder right direction)
VV value from Dial in 7Bit signed bit format
(pocketDial max. values range is -8... + 8)(+)

turn left:
-127 : 7F
...
-002 : 42
-001 : 41

Center Position - no movement
000 : 40

turn right:
+001 : 01
+002 : 02
...
+127 : 3F

x: channel (see parameter 1),

nn: NRPN-Adress MSB fixed to '00'
NN: NRPN-Adress LSB (see parameter 3)
VV value from Dial in 7Bit signed bit format

Example:

BE 63 00 BE 62 3F BE 61 03
(same with running status: BE 63 00 62 3F 61 03 )

( NRPN 00 3F - on channel 15 turn rotary encoder right direction with value 03 )

(*) This format is only a suggestion to implement a IncDec-Controller with multiple destinations (more than 128 for one midichannel). It's not officially supported by the midi association.

Parameter 3 ( NN )

Meaning of
NRPN (non registered parameters) depends on each manufacturer.
We suggest to use the same NRPN as for absolut controllers...
