You may order from Doepfer Musikelektronik GmbH directly only if in your country exists no authorized Doepfer representation. Customers from countries with a Doepfer representation (e.g. USA, Japan, Austria, Switzerland, Italy) have to order from the representation in their country. You may find a list of all Doepfer representations on our web site.

Payment type COD/Nachnahme is possible only inside Germany. Payment in advance is the standard payment type for orders from foreign countries. In this case you will receive a proforma invoice including all shipment costs. Please do not transfer money before you receive the proforma invoice ! It may happen that not all ordered goods are available at present and the shipment charges have to be calculated individually for each order as they depend upon the total weight and the country. The goods are shipped as soon as the amount invoiced in the proforma invoice is on our account without any deduction. Pay attention that all money transfer charges have to be payed by the customer (inside and outside Germany). Within Europe we recommend to transfer the money via IBAN/SWIFT code to keep the transfer charges as low as possible. Our bank details can be found here. The extra charge for orders less than Euro 25.00 is charged only if the total order value is less than Euro 25.00 (regardless if this field is deleted by the orderer or not).
