How to order

Usually you have to order from one of our dealers. You find a list of all dealers in the DEALERS link in the navigation bar. In special cases (articles from the Special List, custom orders, special requests and similar) you may address your order directly to us (i.e. Doepfer/Germany). In this case please use the email address sales@doepfer.de.

1. Orders from Germany

If you want to order directly from us you may use the online order form or address your order to sales@doepfer.de.
In Germany we deliver COD (cash on delivery / Nachnahme) or via payment in advance. In the last case please ask for a proforma invoice including all shipment charges before you transfer money. For shipment we use normal mail (Deutsche Bundespost/DHL) or UPS.

2. Orders from other countries

If you want to order from a foreign country we ask you to forward your order to the representation or an authorized dealer in your country. In this case the sales prices of the representation are valid. The prices given on our internet pages are valid only for Germany and do not include shipment costs, taxes or customs duty. You find a list of all our foreign representations and dealers in the DEALERS link in the navigation bar.

Only if there is no Doepfer representation in your country you may order directly from us. In this case please use the online order form or address your order to sales@doepfer.de. To foreign countries we deliver only with payment in advance. We will send you a proforma invoice including all the shipment costs. The goods will be shipped as soon as the complete amount invoiced (without any deduction) is on our account. All bank charges have to be payed by the customer. The customs duty and/or taxes have to be payed in your country when importing the goods. Please do not transfer money before you obtain the invoice.

You will find the price for each product in the product description or in the global price list. All prices are in Euro and do not include shipment costs but they include the German sales tax (VAT, 19% at preset). If there are prices in US$ these are approximate prices only. The actual prices you have to pay in US$ depend upon the exchange rate between Euro and US$ at the payment day. All our invoices from us are issued in Euro. For all orders our terms of business are valid.
