Hier die wichtigsten Daten des MTV16:
  • Interface zum Umsetzen von Midi-Controllern (Midi Control Change) auf analoge Spannungen
  • 16 analoge Spannungsausgänge 0 bis +5V, wobei 0V dem Midi-Datenwert 0 und +5V dem Midi-Datenwert 127 entsprechen
  • Auflösung der Spannungen 7 Bit (basierend auf der 7-Bit-Wortbreite von Midi)
  • Die 16 Spannungsausgänge sind in Form von zwei 10-poligen Stiftleisten verfügbar, auf denen zusätzlich auch Masse verfügbar ist
  • zwei 10-polige Flachbandkabel (ca. 30 cm lang) mit einer passenden Buchse an einem Ende werden mitgeliefert, das andere Ende der Flachbandkabel ist offen (zur freien Verdrahtung der Spannungen) 
  • Steuerung der Ausgänge über 16 aufeinanderfolgende Midi-Controller (Control Change)
  • Midi-Kanal über 4 Jumper einstellbar
  • Controller-Nummer des ersten Ausgangs über 3 Jumper einstellbar auf 0, 16, 32, 48, 64, 80, 96 oder 112
  • Anschlüsse für Netzteil, Midi-In und Midi-Out in Form von Buchsen auf der Leiterplatte
 These are the most important features of MTV16:
  • interface to convert midi control changes messages (sometimes called simply "midi controllers") to analog voltages
  • 16 analog voltage outputs 0 ... +5V (0V corresponds to midi data 0, +5V corresponds to midi data 127)
  • resolution of the voltages: 128 steps or 7 bit (based on the 7 bit midi data)
  • the voltages are available as two pin heades with 10 pins each, each pin header has available 8 voltages and GND on two pins
  • two  10-pin ribbon cables (about 30 cm) with a suitable female connector on one side are included, the other sides of the cables are left open (for free wiring of the control voltages)  
  • the voltages are controlled by 16 subsequent midi control changes messages on the same midi channel
  • the midi channel is adjusted by means of four jumpers
  • the control change number of the first output can be set to 0, 16, 32, 48, 64, 80, 96 or 112 by means of three jumpers
  • connectors for power supply, midi in and midi out are available as sockets on the pc board
MTV16 ist mit Midi-In und Midi-Thru ausgestattet. Die am Midi-Eingang eintreffenden Daten werden am Thru-Ausgang unverändert ausgegeben. Somit können mehrere MTV16 kaskadiert werden. MTV16 is equipped with Midi In and Midi Thru. The incoming Midi messages are forwarded to the Thru output without any changes. In this way several MTV16 can be linked together.
Eine LED zeigt die Midi-Aktivität von MTV16 an. An LED is used to indicate the Midi activity.
Die Stromversorgung erfolgt über ein externes Steckernetzteil (7-12V Gleichspannung / min. 100mA). Innerhalb Europas ist dieses im Lieferumfang enthalten (230V-Version mit Eurostecker).

 

 An external power supply (7-12VDC@min. 100mA) is used. Within Europe the wall outlet power supply adapter for 230V mains voltage and European type mains plug is included with the WE. In other countries the power supply has to be purchased by the user in his country. If there is a Doepfer representative in your country (see dealer) please ask the representative if the power supply is included in your country.
   
MTV16 ist nur als fertig aufgebaute und geprüfte Platine ohne Gehäuse lieferbar. Die Platinengröße beträgt ca. L 78 x B 67 x H 30 (Maße in mm). Auf der Platine befinden sich mehrere Löcher mit 3 mm Durchmesser zur Montage der Platine auf einer geeigneten Unterlage (z.B. mit M3-Abstandsbolzen). MTV16 is available only as an assembled and tested pc board. The pc board measures are about 78 mm (length) x 67 mm (width) x 30 mm (height). Several mounting holes with 3 mm diameter are available for mounting the pc board to a suitable base e.g. with distance sleeves or spacers and screws.
Ein Gehäuse ist nicht lieferbar, da dieses je nach Anwendungsfall unterschiedlich gestaltet sein müsste. We do not offer a suitable housing as this would have to be completely different for various applications.
   
MTV16 ist ein sogenanntes OEM-Produkt. Für den Einbau bzw. den Anschluss des Fertigmoduls sind elektronische Grundkenntnisse erforderlich ! Falls Sie über keine oder nur geringe Elektronik-Erfahrung verfügen raten wir vom Kauf und dem Aufbau des MTV16 ab !
 Wir weisen auch darauf hin, dass wir nur im Orginalzustand befindliche Module zurücknehmen können. Module oder Kabel, an denen bereits gelötet wurde, können nicht zurückgenommen werden!   		MTV16 is a so-called OEM or DIY product. Electronic basic knowledge is required to install the board. If you have no or only little experience with electronics we recommend not to order and not to install the MTV16.
 We cannot take back modules that became defective because of wrong installation or wrong connection of the controlling elements or voltages. We also cannot take back modules or cables which have been soldered by the user.

Auch eine Modul-Version A-190-3 des MTV16 ist geplant. Diese wird mit einer modifiziertes Firmware für diese Anwendung und voraussichtlich mit 16 einzelnen Buchsen ausgestattet sein: Even a modular version A-190-3 of the MTV16 is in the planning state. This will be equipped with a modified firmware and 16 single output sockets:
